Once in a while you come across an individual that at first they seem so honest you feel like you know everything about them.  Romo’s like that, until you actually start digging a little deeper, then you’ll start wondering how he has lived that much in so little time?

Romo got his first club booking at the age of 12.  It’s a cute story you’ll have to ask him about because this isn’t quite the right place to write it up.

Incidentally, you have probably heard the often misquoted 10,000 hour rule regarding someone being an expert?  Misquote aside (the word he used was Phenom), Romo has more than 10x those hours when you add his stage time and broadcast time together.  

Now you might be asking yourself, “Why is this important and why is it listed on an event company website?” The answer is simple. 

When it comes to managing music, reading a room, creating flow, mixing different genres of music together, etc… Romo is a phenom.

History:
Romo grew up listening to an extremely diverse selection of music.  Around the age of 10, after destroying his fathers 5th turntable, he was given professional turntables and encouraged to practice.  Many Many Many Many (see where this is going?) Romo retired from broadcasting, but could never stop performing and providing exquisite audioscapes for people at events, parties, clubs, weddings (hes also done scores for stage and cinema).  Occasionally he picks up work from Jai & TopDJ’s  because he loves people, dancing and the challenges of providing great music for everyone.
